It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Galbraith of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Galbraith and Alberta M. Galbraith (Shults); and his brother John R. Galbraith Edgar Dean. He is survived by: his wife Alice S. Neal Seymore (Talbott); and his stepson George H. Neal, Jr.. He is also survived by step-granddaughter; step-grandson; step-great-granddaughter; step-great-grandson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
