Charla Y. (Toney) Owens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charla Y. (Toney) Owens of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Toney and Nellie Hill (Waltz); her sisters, Dolores Gonzales, Mary Ellen Hill and Linda Toney; and also Michael R. Hill, Sr..

She is survived by: her husband William C. Owens; her daughters, Dionne Y. Owens of Waynesboro and Shavonne D. Hockensmith (Mike) of Camp Hill, PA; her nephew Bruce S. Toney of Waynesboro; her niece Marissa L. Toney of Waynesboro; and her grandchildren, Brokklynn K. Owens, Malik X. Adams and Shaneise Y. Adams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
