He was predeceased by: his father Michael Toomey of Waynesboro; and his grandmothers, Josephine Shifflett and Yvonne Shupe. He is survived by: his mother Sandra; his sons, Nicholas and Jackson; his siblings, Danielle Shifflett, Kristin Shifflett and Ryan Shifflett; his stepbrother Robert Miller; his grandparents, William Shupe, Robert, Joan Toomey and Linda Shifflett; his nieces, Julia and Aubrey Trei; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Sheila Walker, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Stanley Walker, Jr. and Erika McIntyer (Kurt); and his nephew Edmund. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
