Smith (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Roper, North Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenwood L. Phelps and Ceedie A. Phelps (Spurill); her daughter-in-law Barbara J. Smith; and her siblings, Blanche Peacock, Jennis, Wilbert and Hartwell Phelps.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald William Smith (Terri) of Baltimore, Michael Ray Smith of Waynesboro and Stanley Robert Smith (Patricia) of Orrstown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
