We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2024, at the age of 98, Catherine Pentz of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel F. Pentz and Edna Pentz (Miner); and her siblings, June P. Wolff, Merle Pentz, Clint Pentz, Croft Pentz, Robert Pentz and John Pentz.

She is survived by: her siblings, George Pentz of Waynesboro and Mary Coldsmith of Chambersburg; and her niece Jane Fleagle of Waynesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Pentz Mission Fund, in care of Calvary Assembly of God, Church, 116 Snider Avenue, Waynesboro, PA 17268.

“Mary,George and Janie I'm so sorry for your loss but we have the comfort of knowing she home. Catherine was such a help when I was younger. I always knew she Was praying for me and with me for my family. She was someone I knew cared and prayed for me. I know she will be missed. One more of our family is home and we have the hope and assurance that one day we will join her and all our church family who have gone before. I loved her so much . I'm thankful God put her in my life for guidance.”
