He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper C. Zentmyer, Sr. and Virginia Zentmyer (Seekford); and his sister Juanita Gsell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Zentmyer (Lininger); his daughters, Shelia Zentmyer of Waynesboro and Tiffany Zentmyer (Dean Moser) of Waynesboro; his grandson Sean Wagaman; and his brothers, Steven Zentmyer of Waynesboro and Leslie "Allen" Zentmyer of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
