He is survived by: his parents, John P. Devlin of Waynesboro and Karole K. Devlin (Kinley) of Waynesboro; his siblings, Craig B. Devlin of Waynesboro, Corey B. Devlin of Waynesboro and Cindy B. Young of Waynesboro; his significant other Emily McLaughlin; and his daughter Annabelle Bennett of State Line. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 3 nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
