He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah V. White and Mary P. White; his sister Mary W. Ball; and his wife Elizabeth C. White. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Harsh (Matt) of Smithsburg, Anne White (Chris) of Charleston and Betsy White of Somerville; and his grandchildren, Chesley and Eli Harsh.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the CJD Foundation in honor of Carter and Elizabeth White.
