He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur C. Summers and Kathryn Adele Summers Mullenix (Koons); and his sister Bonita K. Besecker. He is survived by: his wife Alice R. Shearer Summers (Weishaar); his children, Terry M. Summers (Dawn) of Dallastown, PA and Wanda Mary Gobat (Ed) of Wrightsville, PA; his stepchildren, Joseph A. Shearer of Waynesboro, Walter F. Dom and Rebecka Dom Kline Kelley of Waldorf, MD; his nieces, Betsy Reed of Waynesboro and Brandy Besecker; his nephew Brook Besecker of Waynesboro; and his former wives, Elsie Summers (Melody), Joan E. Dom Summers (Colflesh) and Lesa Summers (Shaffer). He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
