He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Jacobs and Priscilla Jacobs (Williams) of Wheeling; his wife Debbie S. Jacobs (Stum); his sons, Connor R. Jacobs of Waynesboro and Eric J. Jacobs of Waynesboro; and his brother Jeff Jacobs of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
