She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma V. Beall (Mowery) and Alfred L. Sencindiver; her daughters, Kimberly K. Kump and Debra A. Kump; and her brothers, Vincent L. Sencindiver, Charles R. Beall and Ronald E. Beall.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Webb; her son David N. Kump, Jr. of Chambersburg; her stepdaughter Jenise E. Woodring of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Michael Snively of Waynesboro, Tyler Snively of Waynesboro, Preston Snively of Waynesboro, Colby Kump of Waynesboro, Katie Kump of Waynesboro, Sidney Calhoun of Waynesboro, Ali Calhoun of Waynesboro, Spencer Woodring of Greencastle and Brianna Woodring of Greencastle; and her brother Donald L. Beall of Hedgesville, WV. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
