She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden E. Martin and Margaret L. Martin (Shockey); her husband Larry A. Recard; and her stepson Derek A. Recard. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin L. Witmer (Sherry) of Mont Alto, PA and Mark E. Witmer (Amanda Carbaugh); her grandchildren, Taylor Witmer, Ryan Witmer, Vanessa Witmer and Valarie Witmer; her great grandchild Amara Witmer; and her siblings, Michael Martin (Linda) of Greencastle, PA, Judy L. Daley (Garry) of Greencastle and Bruce W. Martin (Denise Walls) of South Mountain, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
