She is survived by: her parent Mary Ellen Crabtree (Gillam); her former husbands, Don E. Rice and Alonzo; her children, Ken Rice and Donna Diane Shank; her stepchildren, Larry Hoffman, Dwight Hoffman, Reverent Lori Hoffman and Monti Hoffman; her granddaughters, Angie Justina Davis and Hillary Quinn Minnich; and her great grandchild Ryleigh Brynn Davis.
