She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ellsworth Snyder and Mary Ruth Snyder (Carbaugh); her husband Melvin Franklin Koons; and her sons, Edwin Ellsworth Coldsmith and Quinten Henninger Coldsmith, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lee Coldsmith, Gary Eugene Coldsmith, Todd Jerome Koons, Dawndee Wilkes and Timothy Wayne Koons; her brother Webster Carbaugh; and her cousin Ethel Clevenger. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
