He was predeceased by: his father Arthur B. Carbaugh, Sr.; and his sister Annette Carbaugh. He is survived by: his mother Delores Carbaugh (Cline); his wife Lois Ann C. Carbaugh (LeGore); his daughters, Kristin (Carbaugh) and Mowdy (James) of Waynesboro; his stepchildren, Donna (Schildt), Stottlemyer (John, Jr.) of Massillon, OH and Michael Becker of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Jason Stottlemyer, Jennifer McCoy, Nicholas Becker and Avery Mowdy; his siblings, David Carbaugh of Newville, PA, Mary Carbaugh of Fort Pierce, FL, Tina Carbaugh of Greencastle and Leesa Bloyer of Greencastle; and his stepmother Julie Carbaugh of Greencastle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephe, In addition to his parents.
