He was predeceased by: his parents, William Souter and Florence Souter; his grandmother Ann Souter; and his brother William "Billy" Souter. He is survived by: his fiancé Ashley Honeywell of Waynesboro, PA; and his sons, Christopher Souter of Floral Park, NY and Justin Souter of Leesburg, VA.
