With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Andrea Jean Hoover of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet E. Baker (Strine) and Andrew J. Baker; her husband Ronald E. Hoover; and her sister Linda Baker Scott Gonzalez. She is survived by: her brothers, Robert F. Hollinger (Norma Bower) and Daniel W. Baker (Cheryl). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
