Alva M. Newcomer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alva M. Newcomer (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley H. Brady and Marie A. Brady (Cutshall); and her husband Roy Melvin "Buck" Newcomer. She is survived by: her children, Steven R. Newcomer (Christine) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Jacquelyn M. Drooger (Douglas) of Waynesboro; her granddaughters, Joy L. Ellis (Jeremy), Hope R. Edis (Jacko), Marah A. Drooger (Jim Bakner) and Haven K. Benedict (Al); her great grandchildren, Kolton, Anna, Emmersyn, James, David, Charlotte, Lincoln and Elizabeth; and her siblings, Sylvia Bragunier (Walter) of Waynesboro and H. Wayne Brady (Jane) of New Jersey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
