She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta A. Talbott (Snader) and Edwin W. Talbott; her husband Charles E. Galbraith; and her sisters, Bernice Beard, Jane Taylor and Jean Swope.

She is survived by: her son George H. Neal, Jr.; her grandchildren, Shelley Abrashoff and Andrew Neal; and her great grandchildren, Alison and Steve George. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
