She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Rowney (Jeff) of Waynesboro, Charles E. "Charlie" Balfour, II of New Hope, PA and Amy L. Minnier (Tyler) of Chambersburg, PA; and her granddaughter McKenzie Rowney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
