With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia A. Dufford of Wayne, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 3, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Rape and Adaline L. Kirker Rape; her husband Clarence V. Dufford; and her daughter Judy Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Alice Viccari of Ellwood City, Debra (Robert Fullmer), Sarah (David Wagner), Clarence (Debra Dufford), Vickie (Bob River) and Virginia A. Boots of Ellwood City. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
