Roe (Wayne, Pennsylvania), born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elsworth Roe and Beatrice Megivern Roe; his siblings, Joseph "Bud" Megivern (Barbara) and Caroline Ordnung (James); and his sister-in-law Patricia Roe. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
