He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Biczelewski and Marie Cotellesse Biczelewski. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Biczelewski (Fonash); his children, Thomas J. Biczelewski, Jr. and Lauren Biczelewski; and his sisters, Ann (Nancy), Yacko (Donald), Susan Sauro (James), Elizabeth Powanda and Julie Holbrook (David). He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and seven great nephews.
