He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Frances Gaspar; and his siblings, Josue Gaspar (Jet), Eli Gaspar, Benjamin Gaspar and Noemi Bala.

He is survived by: his children, Ruben Gaspar, Jr. (Ben), Rebecca Gaspar (Ángel) and Jennifer Gaspar; and also, Francisco Gaspar Jr. and Virginia Gaspar Sarenas.
