He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gray and Marion Gray (Richards); and his brother Edward Gray. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gray (Goetz); his sons, Chris Gray (Erica) of Wayne Twp and Corey Gray (Jen) of Wayne Twp; his grandchildren, Bryn and Declan Gray; his sister Grace Ellen Krechel (Glenn) of Powley's Island, SC; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Goetz (Pat), Rick Goetz and Ron Goetz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Gray's name may be made to the American Heart Association.
