With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E. Higley of Wayne, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Higley and Dorothy Lutz Higley. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ramsey; his daughters, Marcy Harris of Michigan, Sada Moran of Pittsburgh and Dawn Higley of Ellwood City; his stepchildren, Lynn Luster (Thomas) of North Sewickley, Shawn Covert of Wampum and Jolene Covert of Wampum; and his siblings, Carol Nodge (Richard) of Evans City, Cindy Stewart (Denny) of Harmony, Donna Wearing (Bob) of Renfrew and Bob Higley of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
