It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Samson (Wayne, Pennsylvania), born in Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on August 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Blake Samson. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Coughlin Samson; his children, David, Brian, Katie, Molly and Banny Ackerman; and his brothers, Charles, Hugh and David.

“We are so very sorry to hear of Peter’s passing. We shared many times on the sidelines with him and Lynne as we watched their daughter and ours play Radnor sports. Peter was so very supportive of the players he both coached and watched- as they moved into high school and through their college sports. We were also in awe of how he supported and honored Katie in bringing together so many local lax athletes to support her foundation. What a wonderful legacy! Thoughts and prayers to his family.”
