He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Melli Cicchitti (Ellie); his children, James, David, Alexander, Lisa and Nicole; his grandchildren, Jessica, Andrew, Nicholas, Meghan, Dana, Courtney, Sammy III, Nina, Lisa, Michael and Alex; and his sister Rosemary.
