With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maria Rose DiGiacomo of Norristown, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maria Rose left this world on April 23, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Maria Rose may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maria Rose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Donofrio (Radatta) and Frank Donofrio. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Philip J DiGiacomo, Jr.; her children, Joe Lashinger and Kristen Bielan; and her stepchildren, Heather DiGiacomo-Trueblood, Caroline Fell and Philip DiGiacomo III. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many loving brothers, sisters, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (35 Old Eagle School Rd, Wayne, PA 19087). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
