She is survived by: her children, Marie Graham and Thomas Graham, Jr.; her sister Mary Ann Daulerio (Frank); her boyfriend John Scott; her grandchildren, Oliver and Nora Poot; and her nephew Francis Daulerio.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home (300 Fayette St, Conshohocken, PA 19428). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150).
