With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth H. Hornbaker II (Wayne, Pennsylvania), born in Media, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2018 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Tracy Hornbaker; his sons, Adam Hornbaker, Ryan Hornbaker and Evan Hornbaker; his parents-in-law, Richard Purkiss and Layne Clark; his brother David Hornbaker; and also, Christine Purkiss and Denise Clark.

Interment will be private at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ken's name can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, http://www.pancan.org.
