We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2018, Kathleen (Macdonald) T. Kolb (Wayne, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Kolb; her parents, Archibald MacDonald and Katy MacDonald; and her siblings, Archibald, Eileen, Mary, Loretta and Bryan.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Kolb of East Norriton, PA, Lou Kolb of Williamsport, PA, Susan Kolb of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Kelly Toole of Collegeville, PA, Judy Kolb of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Michael Kolb of Stafford, VA; her sister Chub; her husband Lou Championship; and also, Louis and Eagles Championship. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Church and Shrine, Chalfont PA or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Department of Nursing.
