He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Novoshielski and Ruth Novoshielski; his siblings, Marie Edwards, Paul Novoshielski and Ann Martignetti; his children, Kerri Lyn Muhr and Andrew Joseph Novoshielski; and his grandchildren, Robert Frederick Muhr IV, Gavin Charles Novoshielski, Kendall Marie Novoshielski and Conor Joseph Novoshielski.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joe's honor to the Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children in Avalon, NJ.
