He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles, Matthew (Marty), Catherine O'Neil and Ann Carfagno. He is survived by: his wife Mary; the fathers of children, Anthony, Frank and Richard (Rick); and his daughter Angelyn (Lyn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
