She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Archie Powell and Garnett Lewis Powell; her children, Carol Blackwell of Frisco, Janet Hottel of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Eugene W. "Fuzzy" Fosnaught Jr. (Peggy) of Darlington and Richard C. Fosnaught of Glendale, Arizona; her siblings, Betty Ippolito of Wampum, Erma Rossi of Tionesta, PA, William Powell (Georgie) of Chewton, Edna Smith, Patty Cox and Joyce George; and her grandson Chad Hottel. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
