He is survived by: his wife Irene Mae "Babe" Alworth; his children, Janice Horner (Brad) of Parker, Patty Alworth (Roy) of Rimbersburg, Rod Alworth (Karen) of Parker and Tom Alworth (Michelle) of Parker; and his brothers, David Alworth (Parker) of Eldorado and William Alworth.
