She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Shipman, Sr.; her children, Larry Shipman (Donna) of North Carolina, Michael Shipman, Sr. (Rita) of Pennsylvania, Ricky Shipman of Pennsylvania and Valerie Shipman (Marlon) of Pennsylvania; her brothers, Joseph Lennon "Joe Bill" Glover of North Carolina and Memory Glover, Jr. (Louise) of North Carolina; her brother-in-law JD Shipman (Betty) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Joseph Jacobs "Manny", Parthenia Jacobs, Stephanie Shipman, Jessica Anderson (Phillip), Tiffany Tate (Jon), Michael Shipman, Jr., Rosalyn Simmons, Aaliyah Simmons, Gregory Horshaw, Jr., Porsha Horshaw, Shannon Horshaw and Tempest Horshaw. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
