With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erin Ann Lively (Wayne, Pennsylvania), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on May 8, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her child Amelia. She is survived by: her child Declan; her husband Peter; her child Frances; her parents, Lawrence Jr. and Margaret Hayden, Jr.; her siblings, Lisa Miles (Eric) and Lee Hayden (Malorie); and her parents-in-law, Philip Lively and Joyce Lively. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, and cousins.
