She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Conklin and Louella Plankey (Sieg). She is survived by: her friend Carol; her children, Harry (Jamie Sinawa), Louella (Gary Repsher), Robert (Caroline Sinawa), Jennifer Sinawa of Dupont, Carl (Elaine Sinawa), Stacy (Daniel Lodini) and Chad (Lori Sinawa); and her siblings, Alan Fotusky of Honesdale, Nate Fotusky of Hawley, Bernard Fotusky of Hawley and Susan Coe of Wenatche. She is also survived by many grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Claire's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Dessin Animal Shelter, or your nearest local animal shelter.
