He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Leroy and Joyce Reed Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Stambaugh of Leola; his daughters, Meredith Smith, Virginia and Rebecca Petriello; his son-in-law Paul Petriello; and his grandchildren, Jack Thomas and Mollie Grace Petriello.
