With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Mather of Wayne, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Engvaldsen; her former husband Reverend Elwood Mather; her parents, William Egner and Odny Egner Solheim (Monsen); and her brother William Egner.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Engvaldsen of Rowland and Beth Ferry (Jeff) of Glen Eyre; her grandchildren, Cory Moffett, Kristen Dowd, Ryan Dowd, Connor Dowd, Thomas Dowd and Julia Rettle (Ethan); her great grandchild Sophia Rettle; and her nephews, John, Randy and Eric Egner.
