He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Mucha and Anna Mucha. He is survived by: his spouse Lee Mucha; his brother Eugene "Gene" Mucha (Christina); and his brothers-in-law, William Kelly (Anne Marie), Robert Kelly and James Kelly (late Madeleine). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
