She is survived by: her children, Denise Perkovich (Mike) of Factoryville, PA, Deborah Pajunas of Flemington, NJ and Nicholas Patuto (Susan) of Sterling Township, PA; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Dana, Erica, Michael, Nicholas, Ryan, James and Matthew. She is also survived by great grandchildren; a brother.
