He was predeceased by: his parents, Bolie Gesiskie and Anna Budroe Gesiskie; and his siblings, Catherine Gesiskie and Philip Gesiskie. He is survived by: his wife Marge "Midge" Idason; his children, Anne Heebner, John Gesiskie (Kathleen), Cathy Walker (Mark), Vincent Gesiskie, Jr. (Tami) and Maggie Smith (Dale); his grandchildren, Josh Heebner (Jess), John Heebner (Lesley), Nikki Gesiskie, Jamie Negron (Chris), Jackie Gesiskie, Kallie Walker (Ethan), Kacie Byle (Taylor), Ellie, Grace, Lily Gesiskie, Ryan Smith, Zach Smith (Sara) and Clayre Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kyla, Damon Heebner, Cole, Charlotte Negron and Charles Byle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
