He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanton and Ora Stanton (Hulse); and his son Timothy Stanton. He is survived by: his wife Stella L. Teeter; and his children, Charlene Miller of South Carolina, Donna Masker of Florida, Joseph Stanton of Vandling, Melaney Long of Arizona, Daniel Stanton of Carbondale, Carolyn Urban of Clifford and Julie Thomas of Waymart. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
