He is survived by: his mother Cindy Mills of Waymart; his siblings, Jessica Smith (Joseph) of Waymart, Tracy Howell of Waymart, David Mills (Justine) of Waymart and Samantha Jones of Scranton; his grandparents, John and Kathy Mills of Hawley; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Joey, Halle, Abel and Addyson.
