He was predeceased by: his parents, John Booths and Clara Booths of Lake Ariel; and his sister-in-law Catherine Booths. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Booths (Cynthia), Debora Dovidio (Frank) and Christine Weber (Mike); his grandchildren, Brittney Blankenship (Matthew), Rachel Weber, Bradley Weber and Logan Dovidio; his great grandchildren, Aaron and Olivia Blankenship; and his sister Regina Lesak (Richard).
