She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Lash; her daughter Helen M. Gibney; her grandson Timothy Costolnick; and her siblings, Mary Lash, Mildred Sefchik, Ann Taylor, Rosalia Hauser, Bernadine Muhr and Frank Lash.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Adamczyk Lash; her children, William Gibney (Karen), Honesdale, Linda Gibney, Archbald and Mary (Joseph Costolnick); her grandchildren, Karen Cure, Kelly Van Leuven, Kimberly Krisiak, Joseph, William, Douglas, Jeffrey and Jonathon Costolnick; and her brothers, Joseph Lash of San Rosa, CA. and John Lash. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
