It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen J. Gibney (Waymart, Pennsylvania), born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Lash; her daughter Helen M. Gibney; her grandson Timothy Costolnick; and her siblings, Mary Lash, Mildred Sefchik, Ann Taylor, Rosalia Hauser, Bernadine Muhr and Frank Lash.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Adamczyk Lash; her children, William Gibney (Karen), Honesdale, Linda Gibney, Archbald and Mary (Joseph Costolnick); her grandchildren, Karen Cure, Kelly Van Leuven, Kimberly Krisiak, Joseph, William, Douglas, Jeffrey and Jonathon Costolnick; and her brothers, Joseph Lash of San Rosa, CA. and John Lash. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
