She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis Wilbur Collins; her parents, Walter Williams and Ann Williams (Califut); her sister Katherine Burrier; her daughter-in-law Cathy Collins; and her granddaughter Amanda Teada.
She is survived by: her children, Mark E. Collins of Prompton, Cindy Ann Teada (Chris) of Henryville, PA and James D. Collins of Lake Ariel; and her sisters, Barbara Kantor of Camillus, NY and Sandra Alpha of Elbridge, NY.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
